CONTENT CREATION
During my summer internship with The Evie Effect, a nonprofit dedicated to suicide prevention and mental health awareness, I branched out into content creation. My work involved researching mental health resources that were genuinely helpful and finding ways to share them in the most engaging, accessible way possible.
I launched my own series, #StigmaFreeSummer, and created the #TherapistsSpeak video series where mental health professionals shared destigmatizing insights for the marginalized communities they serve. Through this, I learned what connects with audiences and what doesn’t through analytics and adjusting content accordingly.
I used Adobe Creative Suite (mostly Illustrator and Photoshop) for design work, and InShot and Premiere Pro for video editing. This role taught me how to balance creativity with strategy, creating content that was not only eye-catching but meaningful.
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Fresco, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InShot, Adobe Podcast

Part of the #StigmaFreeSummer campaign I created. These were the most shared posts we put out. It showed me that people connect more when the content feels human and easy to relate to.

Designed as an intern at The Evie Effect. These type of posts typically received around 10–15% engagement, which was higher than most posts before. I kept the design simple so the message came through first.

These were some of the most liked posts in stories. The straightforward format made them quick for people to grab and repost.
